BEL AIR

Quiet, peaceful atmosphere unusual for a metropolitan area.

Welcome to Bel Air

An affluent neighborhood with some of the most exclusive properties in the country

Bel Air is one of the most prestigious and affluent neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Situated in the foothill of the Santa Monica Mountains, this area is known for its abundant vegetation and beautiful views. Because of the closed perimeter, the low population density, and the mixture of mansions and enormous estates, the residents of these communities enjoy a sense of seclusion and peace. Apart from the Bel-Air Hotel and the Bel-Air Country Club, the neighborhood is almost entirely residential, giving it a quiet, peaceful atmosphere unusual for a metropolitan area.

Many renowned people call Bel-Air home, including a fair share of A-list celebrities. In Bel-Air, two things are guaranteed: complete seclusion and luxury residences. Most estates are on spacious plots with plenty of privacy and room to grow.
